To find your Sun Sign you will look for the symbol of a circle with a dot in the center, as shown below. If you are using Astro-Seek either to the side or below the chart, it will describe your Sun Sign and give you information about the sign and house that it is in.

To discover Your Moon Sign you will be looking for a small crescent moon shape, as seen indicated by the arrow in my chart below.
(Be careful however because there is also a small crescent moon with a cross underneath that indicates something called The Black Moon Lilith. This aspect can also provide valuable information, however, it is not what we are looking for here, so be sure to look for the crescent moon without the cross beneath it.)
If you scroll to the end of the description it will also provide important aspects of your Moon Sign- Trines, Conjunctions, Squares, etc. You can then Google those aspects for more basic clarity around what they mean.
Explore Your Rising Sign
What Is A Rising Sign?
Your Rising Sign is the zodiac sign that was rising on the eastern horizon(the sun rises in the East) at the exact time of your birth. It plays a significant role in shaping your outward personality, appearance, and the way you present yourself to the world.
Outer Persona: The Rising Sign can also impact your approach to life, influencing how you react to new situations and interact with others. It acts as a filter through which your inner self (Moon sign) is expressed to the world.

To find your Rising Sign you will be looking for the dark line on the right side of your chart, next to the letters ASC, which stands for Ascendant. Below the chart, it will be listed as Ascendant or ASC.
